We operate an informational website about creative day-planning methodologies. We do not sell physical or digital products through this domain.

California Shine the Light: California residents may request information about disclosure of certain categories to third parties for their direct marketing purposes once per year; we currently do not share data in that manner.
Nevada: Nevada residents may submit a verified request to opt out of certain sales; we do not sell covered information as defined under Nevada law.
11. Your rights (GDPR / UK)
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time. You may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
12. Response timing
We aim to respond within 45 days for U.S. consumer requests (extendable by 45 days where permitted with notice) and within one month for GDPR requests (extendable where permitted by law).
13. International transfers
We are based in the United States. If you access the site from outside the U.S., your information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries where our service providers operate. For EEA/UK transfers, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses where required.
